The Twins Home is a small, licensed 5-bed Class 3 residential care and assisted living facility in Keizer, Oregon. Managed under an adult foster care model, we provide a comfortable home environment where residents receive personalized daily support — not institutional care.
We welcome both private pay and Medicaid residents, and we keep our capacity intentionally small so relationships stay personal, routines stay familiar, and every person in our care is known by name.
